We founded Pivotal Properties, LLC on the belief that good people sometimes get into bad situations and should not be punished for it for the rest of their lives. We believe that every family deserves a quality home and just because you may have made some mistakes in the past and your credit might not be perfect does not mean you should not be able to live in a quality home.

Our mission is to find low to mid cost homes and then sell them to deserving families. We have a variety of either outright or with owner financing for those who cannot purchase a home outright.
